Colorful In The Hamptons

The May issue of Architectural Digest includes the colorful home of Kate Rheinstein Brodsky. Kate, the daughter of acclaimed California decorator, Suzanne Rheinstein, owns one of my favorite New York shops, KRB. I have always been a fan of Kate’s fabulous taste, so I was thrilled to see her home included in the magazine. She has shared quick images of the summer home over the years on her instagram and I immediately loved the painted floors and extra long sofa in the sunroom. It is fun to compare her Hamptons home to her New York City apartment. I love Kate’s bold use of color - she doesn’t seem to hold anything back when it comes to decorating, which I think is just fabulous!
