Summer Evening by Molly Moorkamp

One of my all time favorite small brands, Molly Moorkamp, just launched their Summer Evening Collection and it is pure perfection! You all know I am such a fan of MM’s feminine, colorful , beautiful designs. Molly Moorkamp is one of those brands where you could have a stunning closet if you only shopped their pieces. I always feel like each new launch is better than the last. Do I have a black tie event that I am going to anytime soon, absolutely not, but that doesn’t mean it will stop me from ordering the Violetta Gown that is currently in my shopping cart! ;)

These pieces are available for pre-order from today, Tuesday, July 12, until Friday, July 22nd at 5pm and then you will receive your order around mid-September. I know that pre-order can sometimes put people off but I often order Molly Moorkamp pre-order and have never had a problem. (Pre-orders can be really helpful to small, independent brands as it gives them insight on customers favorite styles.)

Sizing - I often get DM’s and questions about Molly Moorkamp sizing and I am NO expert. I can say most MM items seem to run on the generous size, which I like because then I can get them tailored if need be (people always say a tailor is the best way to have an amazing wardrobe.) But other than that one fit note, I suggest you send all questions directly to the Molly Moorkamp team and I really advise you use their size chart — as I always say, know your measurements! How do you know your measurements you ask — I simply have a tape measure in my dresser drawer to measure my waist, hips, etc. and then I keep a note in my iphone with my measurements so I can easily refer to them when I read a size chart online. This will be a game changer for you when shopping online as you can really get a sense of how something might fit and hopefully have less returns.
