Comfortable in California

I am not always one for celebrity home tours but I was drawn to the beautiful exterior of Ellen Pompeo's Sag Harbor home on AD Online this past weekend. I quickly clicked over to the website for her interior designers: Hancock Design, the firm led by Estee Stanley and Brigette Romanek based in California. The company has many big name celebrity clients, from Jessica Biel to Patrick Dempsey, however, their project that stood out the most to me was the simple and beautiful home of Katherine Power and her husband. The young couple is not scared of bright colors or using a bold wallpaper in a powder room, however,  the home is perfectly understated and comfortable.
