Park Avenue Apartment by Celerie Kemble

Have you picked up the September Issue of House Beautiful yet? If you have not, I suggest you stop reading this and head out to your local new stand. The annual House Beautiful Color Issue does not disappoint. From a bright apartment by Mark D. Sikes to a pink living room, there is color inspiration all throughout the magazine. However, my favorite space was a Park Avenue apartment that used color in a muted and relaxing way.

From the dining room to the entry way, this Park Avenue apartment designed by Celerie Kemble is nothing short of beautiful.  The Manhattan based designer with Florida roots, has designed homes up and down the east coast, from Florida to Maine.  I am continually impressed by her ability to create colorful spaces that are still elegant and refined.
