Stella McCartney in the Garden

Do you know those images that perfect display a mood or feeling? These images from the Stella McCartney Resort 2016 Garden Party seem to just perfectly evoke a vacation. Instead of simply presenting her resort designs, Stella McCartney has been know to throw garden parties (take a look at last year's party here.) This year the inspiration was Cuba. I love all the beautiful floral embroidery in the resort collection, but the pieces that really caught my eye where the exquisite silk gowns. Don't you just want to be on the beach in Mexico or in Capri with a cocktail in hand watching the sun set wearing one of these dresses? I am not usually an orange person, but that might be my favorite. What looks were your favorite? You can view the whole collection here. 

I think it is only fitting that we have another outdoor dinner party this summer. While it might not be filled celebrities or Stella McCartney dresses, there is sometimes nothing better than a summer meal under the stars. Something to add to this summer's to-do list.
