At Home - Kitchen Inspiration

While I love a beautiful white subway tiled kitchen as much as everyone else, I think there is something to be said for a beautifully designed colorful kitchen. So I when I spotted this kitchen on House Beautiful I knew I had to share.

I love the clean and crisp gray and white, but then the fun pop of color with a gorgeous pale blue. Those shutters, fabulous! But my favorite part might be the patterned backsplash!

Don't be fooled, as much as it looks like a wonderful Italian tile design in truth it is actually fabric that is then covered and protected by glass. Here the decorating firm Incorporated Architecture and Design from NYC used a great Lee Jofa print, Lauretta. Are you all in love with this space as much as I am or are you more drawn to a minimalistic and refined kitchen design?
