I thought it would be fun to share some of favorite beauty products from the last few months. In the past I used to always use either Bobbi Brown or Trish McEvoy but lately I have been switching it up to try to find the products that truly work best for me, no matter where they are from. I am not afraid to splurge on a beauty product if it is truly worth the money and works wonderfully, but if there is a drug store brand that does the same or better job I am all about sticking with that mass brand product. Here are some of the products I have been using on the daily.
Trish McEvoy - Correct and Brighten Pen After having used many Trish McEvoy products over the years this is one of my absolute favorites! I use it almost every day underneath my eyes to try and hide those lovely dark circles we all get!
Rimmel Lash Accelerator Mascara Like probably everyone reading this blog, I have tried countless different mascaras, and right now this is my favorite. I have used many department store brands and have never found one that I am overly content with. Last month I was using Maybelline Mega Plush Mascara due to the suggestion from the girls over at A Piece of Toast. Then the other day I was at the drug store with a friend and she suggested this Rimmel mascara. And I have been very happy with it, I personally prefer it over the Maybelline mascara.
Laura Mercier - Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20 - Oil Free For the past few weeks I have been constantly reaching for this tinted moisturizer instead of my regular foundation. I love that it has a bit of SPF in it and I feel like it blends into my skin very well!
Burt's Bees - Tinted Lip Balm I never usually wear any color on my lips and am instead just usually a chap stick girl. So this tinted chap stick is perfect for any time that I want to add a little bit of color but not have it be too bold. I like the Hibiscus hue.
L'Occitane - Classic Shea Hand Cream A tried and true classic hand cream. I love this smaller 30ml size, perfect for keeping in my purse or car for every day use.
Diptiyque - Mimosa 2.4oz Not exactly a beauty product, but I feel as though candles still fit into this category ;) Like I have said before I am huge Diptiyque fan and this is one of my favorite scents. This candle is the smaller size, which I would full heartedly suggest because I have had it for over 6 months and it is still going strong, and the smaller size is a much better price point!
