One Blazer, Three Ways

Do you have items in your closet that you reach for every Autumn?

For me, I seem to wear my favorite Veronica Beard blazers nonstop throughout the fall season. I love the way a blazer can easily elevate any look - be it a casual outfit of jeans and a T-shirt or a more elevated outfit to wear to the office.

The team at Veronica Beard have created this genius concept of ‘dickeys’ where you can easily create chic layered looks thanks to their interchangeable layers that can be zipped into any of their Dickey Jackets. Basically you get the great look of a layered outfit without the bulk of truly layering a sweatshirt or denim jacket under a blazer. I have multiple Veronica Beard jackets in my closet and I love the flexibility of being able to easily swap in and out my Denim or Sweatshirt Dickey to create a seemingly new look.

Curious how it works to swap in and out a Veronica Beard Dickey, watch my latest IG Reel Video.

While Veronica Beard makes a wide range of jackets and blazers that incorporate this layering option, my favorite is the Miller Jacket with the timeless, double-breasted style. I own this style in both black and brown! While the jacket is certainly an investment (like most VB pieces) I find that it is well worth the price because it is just so classic and versatile; you will surely have this jacket in your closets for years to come and reach for it season after season.

And what’s more, I love that Veronica Beard offers some of their pieces in Extended Sizing (going up to size 20.) In time, I hope they might grow their range of extended sizing to incorporate a larger assortment of their product line (but hey, you have got to start somewhere.)

If you are on the hunt for a classic blazer and wardrobe staple, I can’t recommend a Veronica Beard Dickey Jacket enough. See below for three different ways that I wear my Miller Jacket.
