Have you spotted J.Crew newest arrivals? If you haven't, I suggest you head over asap to check out all their new products and their perfectly styled images. As I spent a few minutes (okay lets be honest, probably a good half an hour) browsing through the site, I kept coming back to this perfect shirt. A new take on the classic white button down shirt.

Last week Molly from A Piece of Toast shared a perfect outfit of white jeans and a pink button down. This post inspired me instantly! A few years back classic button down shirts held a strong place in my closet, but now over the years, I dont think I have any more solid button downs (except for a chambray piece.) Molly's effortless look led me to add some button down shirts to my fall wish-list. Quickly considering all the various ways of styling such the look.

So therefore when I spotted J.Crew's great twist to the classic white button down, I was instantly in love. Exactly what I was thinking of, but better! I love how the shirt is cut slightly longer, working great layered with a skirt but would also be perfect with jeans or leggings. And then what about a great monochrome look of pairing the shirt with white jeans or shorts?
